INZII is a design studio devoted to the design and realization of bespoke private residences. Founded in Malaysia in 2020, INZII draws its name from the Chinese word for shadow (影子) — a quiet reflection of the way we perceive space, light, and atmosphere. To us, shadow is never simply the absence of light; it softens form, creates depth, and gives presence to stillness. It is this philosophy that defines what we call Life among stillness.

In a world shaped by constant noise and excess, we seek clarity, restraint, and emotional calm through space. We believe luxury is found in balance, in natural light, honest materials, thoughtful proportion, and the quiet presence of things intentionally left untouched. Each project begins with careful dialogue — understanding not only how a space is to be lived in, but how it is meant to feel.

As a design and build studio, we carry each project from concept through to completion, ensuring that every design intent is consistently translated into built form. We work with natural materials, balanced proportions, and a restrained approach to detail — creating spaces that feel grounded, timeless, and quietly connected to their surroundings. We believe in knowing when to refine, and when to leave things as they are, allowing spaces to feel complete without excess, and calm without emptiness.
